About
A scope covering the property cycle
AQSTATE works across four tracks: development, marketing, property management and investment. They sit within one scope and one point of contact, covering a project from the land study through to operating the asset after handover.
The mark
Three lines and a crossbar
The logo is an A drawn with three parallel lines meeting at a single apex, cut by a crossbar that overshoots both legs. The three lines stand for study, construction and operation; the crossbar stands for coverage continuing across the project and past it. That triple line is the building unit the site’s design rests on.
- First line
- Study — feasibility, market and design before any commitment.
- Second line
- Build — contracting, construction and quality control to handover.
- Third line
- Operate — management, collection and maintenance after the key.
- The crossbar
- The commitment that crosses the project end to end, and overshoots it.

How work is run
Four constants in every engagement
-
A written scope
Every engagement begins with a written scope setting out the deliverables, the duration, the responsibilities and the review mechanism.
-
A documented deliverable per stage
Each stage has a defined deliverable, approved before the next begins, and a report whose format and frequency are agreed in advance.
-
One point of contact
A single relationship manager follows the file across the four tracks and remains the reference point for the owner or the investor.
-
Coverage after handover
The service includes the post-handover stage: warranty, maintenance, asset management and performance reporting.
