Preparing construction drawings and completing the required permits before work begins.

Cost plan & funding
A line-item budget and a cash-flow schedule, with financing arranged and offers compared.

Contracting
Tendering and comparing bids, and preparing a detailed scope and contract documents.

Construction
Managing the site, the programme and the payment certificates, with periodic progress reporting.

Finishing & QA
Approving samples, inspecting in stages, and closing the snag list.

Phase 09
Launch & sales
Releasing phases per the plan, with the sales channels and follow-up pipeline running.

Handover & operation
A documented handover per unit, then asset management, warranty and after-sales service.
